- After playing a number of these games yesterday, what were some ideas you got from other students that you wished you had tried in your game? Minimum 2 sentences
- After playing the games you played yesterday, what was a common mistake, error, or flaw you saw in students' games? Minimum 2 sentences
- Think about all the changes you made to your Roll-A-Ball game and how much better it became from it's original version. But there is so much more you could have done to it. If you could have added something to your game (whether you knew how to do it or not), what's (1) thing you wished you could have added to your game to make it even better. Explain. Minimum 2 sentences
- What's (1) thing you are hoping you learn this semester in Game Design that we haven't already learned yet? Explain. Minimum 2 sentences
The whole point of this class is of course to make games and show them off. And yesterday for the first time this semester, you got a chance to do just that with your Roll-A-Ball games. It's the start of what should be a fun 2nd semester where your game designing skills are only going to get better and more advanced.

1. Some ideas I have seen in other students' Roll-A-Ball game was that most of them are located and space and that they all have shown to test your abilities in effectively controlling the ball in narrow or far passages with the WASD or arrow keys. I think I should have got the idea of placing these narrow passageways in the game because I feel like it is one of the main things that people like because it is hard for most people to go through and keep the ball at a steady pace. I also thought that I should have put better materials, textures and game objects in the game and background because from what I have seen in people's Roll-A-Ball games, the decorative objects makes the game enjoyable because it looks so realistic and that it looks like it has a lot of hard work put into it.

Another cool thing i would like to learn is how to make my game object or chatterer speak and add dialog to a game also i think it would be cool to learn how to design our own world in a game as well.

The one thing that someone else did that I wish I could've did was more textures. My game didn't have that many textures so I wish I remembered how to do that but I didn't bother. I didn't see that much common flaws in the class the other day. But if I had to say there was, It was probably that they'd give you too much time to beat their game. There's not a whole lot that I believed I should've did with the changes in my game was more colors/textures. As I just mentioned I didnt put much color/textures into it. I hope we learn how to make our own models in the semester. Not a whole lot to say about wanting to learn to do in this class.

1. from playing several other games by others there were two main things that I wish I used or put more of in my game, that being: a maze and more unique designs using elevated areas. In almost everyone's game they included a maze of some sort (with vary difficulty) either making the maze the main focus or just a small part of the level. I would've liked the idea of using a small maze somewhere in my course but I wouldn't want to make it too long and frustrating as some of them where. I also would've liked to use more ramps with unique functions such as a narrow ramp with no rails increasing the difficulty. Although I did have ramps they where more so for getting to another area instead of being the challenge themselves.
