So it's simple: write about how YOU are doing right now. What have you been doing these past couple of weeks? How has this new virtual setting been in all of your classes? What is your mindset right now with everything going on (worried about your mental health during this time as well)? What are you doing to not think about the crazy stuff going on in this world right now (hours of video games like my son is doing, Netflixing like crazy, getting outside, etc.)? Anything else you want to share with me (hopes, fears, etc)?
I'm asking for a paragraph here (4-6 sentences). But please write as much as you need to help you clear your mind. Think of it as a journal or diary if you will. Just so you know, I will NOT publish anyone's comments here like I usually do. That way you can be more open with me on how you are doing without the whole world looking at it.
